For when a Chilton's manual just doesn't cut it:

Yes, that is a WW1 gas mask on the table.
After being a lawn ornament and leaf catcher for 8 months, my car is running again. The new junk car in my yard is Steve's mustang, which shredded a belt after leaving 30 feet of drag radial rubber in front of my house. Such is the price of letting the clownbag across the street know what a bitchcar he drives.
The Buick's going back under the knife soon. Roller cam and other internals, headers, downpipe, exhaust, stall converter, differential, turbo, injectors, alcohol...should be a nasty grocery getter when it's done.
Speaking of toys, I just got a few new pieces of hardware: board, processor and memory. The ram is 2gb of Corsair Dominator ddr2 800 and the board is an Asus p5b deluxe. The Intel E6420 is clocked at 3.2 ghz from 2.1 on stock voltage and cooling. Fuckin' crazy.
I didn't really need to upgrade but the tech I work with has been playing that Star Wars MMO for two years on one of the shitty budget computers Craig built, so he's never experienced it without lag and has been asking me to build him a new machine. He finally fronted me some cash but it's not enough to do what he wants to do, so I sold him my old stuff (Opteron 150, 2gb ocz platinum, some asus board) at a discount used price and got the rest from Newegg. Now I'm wishing I hadn't because this car shit is going to keep me broke for a long time. I don't even really use my computer anymore for anything other than surfing the web and the occasional game of dota or 2v2 arena in WoW. I'll have to find something else to do to justify this decision.
